Update Edit Profile section for Django 1.7+ #2

Out of the box, the Edit Profile section doesn't work because of what was deprecated in Django 1.7. This fixes that, thanks to @TCAllen07 here: https://github.com/pinax/pinax-project-teams/issues/3
