This is a fix for https://github.com/pyconca/2013-web/issues/77

It doesn't do anything to handle "additional speakers", but just seeing the speaker who submitted the proposal should be enough for now.

I also added lightning talks to the admin, since they weren't there before.

This was total noob pull request, wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. Going to close here and just reference branch in bug :)
