Machine Condition not showing user updated by

iOS app not populating the user who updates a machine condition. Android app works fine.

Also noticed emails sent to admins are missing user when sent from iOS app

Oh dang! Sweet. My thought was that you were still logged in as a dev user. But that user didn't really exist. Something like that.
