Display the Location Description #146

In the Info section for a location... I guess we forgot to include Location Description! It's not there. So, we should add it, and have it be an updateable field.

Depending on your feelings, I would consider this issue for 4.0.2. Not sure how difficult it is.

Just yesterday, a user stopped by a place that has strange hours and declared the place had shut down. He couldn't see the description which stated their odd hours.

Looks like we did have this, but it got removed when we added location type... I'll re-add.
