Zooming problems #162

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading Harvest Moon: Magical Melody (PAL) from SD Card

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game works perfectly, no audio or video glitches in sight. However, it just
seems heavily zoomed in; like, when a text bubble appears at the bottom of the
screen, the bottom line of text is cut off. But probably the worst case is the
stamina bar being cut off completely. I can see the top of my character's head,
but that's it.

I'm on a standard definition TV with composite cables, if that matters(I know I
should be playing on an ED or HD television set with components)

What version of the loader are you using?
Most recent.

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.3

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
SD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
fat32

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
248

Does it work with other loaders?
Only have a SD card, so I can't try any others

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
Haven't tried

Please provide any additional information below.

I have this same problem, except it is with Harvest Moon: Animal Parade. //
1.) Loading Harvest Moon: Animal Parade from USB
2.) Screen's bottom portion is cut off. (It is nothing to do with the wii's
screen settings or the tv's screen settings - I have tried all of their options
in different configurations. This problem appears to only occur when I load
this game.
3.) CFG v70
4.) 4.3u
5.) HDD
6.) Fat32
7.) not sure but I tried to run it with 249 and with 250 and with m-222 - same
problem every time.
8.) I only have cfg installed.
9.) Don't know, Literally got this all up and running a yesterday/today.
10.) Any input on this type of problem and a solution would be helpful. I have
been searching the internet for relevant solutions or issues and am having
difficulty finding answers. I believe its because I can't seem to figure out
how to word the problem appropriately =( Oh well.
