FR: More functional profiles #220

In order of importance:

1. 'hide_game' should be per-profile and global;
2. 'favorite_game' should cancel 'hide_game' effect;
3. special directive 'hide_game = @all' to hide all games (except for 
favourites as p.2 says); 
4. there should be action to make game favourite (with one button press);
5. there should be action to cycle through profiles (forward, backward);
6. (not very important) 'theme' directive per-profile (and global);
7. 'hide_game = @profile_name' to hide games from particular profile.

The goal of this FR is to ease game grouping. I.e. when have very large list of 
games, you exclude some games by groups from being visible to make further 
grouping more easy.
