Startup without HDD #29

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

I like to see cfg-loader to startup without a HDD and if a HDD will be
plugged in it will access to it.

USB-Loader-GX has that feature and I like it a lot instead of the 30
seconds countdown of cfg-loader.

Maybe it is also be possible to remove the HDD and cfg-loader shows that it
was removed?!

Perhaps a 5s HD check at boot. Then if the user plugs one in he has to go to
options
to init the HD manually.

We need to be able to set the delay on config.txt. Everyone's USB requires
different times.

v63:
 * Improved device init timeout handling:
If the device doesn't respond in 3 seconds one can
try reloading IOS or exiting to HBC or sys menu
timeout has been increased from 30 to 90 seconds
