Problems with my wiimote control

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load cfgloader from hbc
2. select a game with cios 224 
3. start to play the game

What is the expected output? 
Play normally with my wiimote.
What do you see instead?
During the play my wiimote stops respondig to my actions.

What version of the loader are you using?
 cfgloader 54b
What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
 4.1e

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?

 HDD
How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
two partitions one is fat32 and the other is ntfs

Which cios are you using and which version (222, 249v??)?
222(base 38)/223(base 37)/224(base 57)/202(base 57) v5
249/250(base 38) rev 17

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried excite truck, truck racer and mario kards games.

cios 224 doesn't seem to work with all games, just use one that does work.
unless it is proven to work with that ios using other loaders like uloader, 
gx,...
