Theme not "cleaned" properly after changing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download "Mario" theme
2. Change theme to Mario and use coverflow in cfg
3. Change theme back to Blue Carbon (default)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The mario theme has bombs for the waiting cursor and they are still there even 
after changing the theme back to Blue Carbon, which uses a circle as waiting 
cursor (in the GUI on the unloaded covers)

What version of the loader are you using?
cfg v57b9 (beta9)

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.2E

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HBC v1.0.7/Games on USB FAT32 HDD/CFG and covers on 2Gb SD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
FAT32

Which cios are you using and which version (222, 249v??)?
Cios 19 base IOS 57

Please provide any additional information below.
Just a cleanup bug?
