ERROR : SD is not accessible (only with cfg) + Code dump #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select & Run CFG58a on SDHC with last HBC
2.CFG58a works (and launches games)...
3.... but cannot save options on SD (ERROR : sd:/ is not accessible ERROR)
4.When i try to update (to 58b), i have a code dump during downloading :

My SD works without a problem with others homebrews (Tantric's emulators, HBC, 
Quakewii, Wiidoom, ScummVM, WiiSX, Wii64 etc)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Use cfg without save options, auto-updates, without cover, themes etc...

What version of the loader are you using?
CFG 58a

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.1E

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
SDHC Panasonic 16GB class 10

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
SDHC : FAT32 - HDD : WBFS

Which cios are you using and which version (222, 249v??)?
cIOS 249 Rev19 base37

Please provide any additional information below.
HBC 1.0.8 - IOS 58 v2431
SDHC not locked
