Enhancment: Perhaps a cIOS based raw screen dumper? #61

Dios Mios has a similar feature, and while they are completely different kinds 
of things, I was wondering if such a feature could be implemented into a cIOS 
such as d2x. Any ideas?

Screen dumps usually would be in YCbYCr format and can be converted with the 
"YCbYCr2BMP" app on a computer to BMP.

Sorry, no further development is planned unless something new happens, which I 
really doubt.
