Add RF IP docs #27

I decompiled and analyzed the functions in the blob responsible for WiFi/BLE and matched them to published code. This proved to be very successful, I managed to find most of the RF-related code and it matches what the blob does in all my spot checks. This should help immensely with understanding how the blobs work and makes tedious assembly-level reverse-engineering unnecessary.
