Migrate datasheet and hardware notes from bl_iot_sdk repo #4

These were added to the main SDK repo by pine64/bl_iot_sdk#35 before this repo existed. Now that it does, copy them over so we can remove them from the SDK repo.

This uses the directory layout I suggested in #3.
