Update Linux quickstart to use screen instead of gtkterm #61

Users on the discord reported issues with gtkterm spamming weird symbols even when everything else was correct. screen worked perfectly for them.

gtkterm is also not a package for arch instead needing gtkterm-git from the AUR and having no binary packages available.
