add Wiki page to this #46

please add wiki page to this repo so instructions and readme do not require Pull request for minor changes in instructions. wiki also helps with screenshots to help people. then most of the readme could move to Pine64 Updater wiki page here.

I think it's probably better to use GH-pages instead of Wiki,
