Some "modules" are not structured as modules. #1

There are some issues with the structure of some of the modules, which makes them not really proper modules in a typical BlitzMax sense.

For example :

arraylist module requires arraylist.bmx.
Your alist.bmx should Import the list module, rather than importing the source directly.
The case (capitalisation) for your import in tokenize.bmx is incorrect. Case needs to match if you expect this to compile on anything other than Windows.

Those modules are still in-progress, as a personal way of keeping things in order I've been making things modules once I'm satisfied they work as they should. Probably you shouldn't be using them yet anyway! They'll be proper modules soon enough.
