[Bug] Knowbase seem to be disconnected, LLM is responding I don't know

Current Behavior

After upserting, when using chat completion. knowledgebase seem to be disconnected. Also in gpt 3.5 turbo model it seem to use info outside knowledgebase

Expected Behavior

After upserting, chat completion should use knowledgebase to provide appropriate answer with context of knowledgebase

Steps To Reproduce

this is starter account, i don't know how to replicate this situtaion
