Problem

We need a simple Getting Started Notebook that demonstrates how to use Pinecone Assistant with the Python SDK.

Solution

Add a simple Getting Started Notebook that demonstrates how to:

Create an assistant
Check assistant status
Upload files to the assistant
Check file status
Chat with the assistant, asking a question about the documents you've provided it with

Test Plan

This Notebook has been thoroughly tested in Google Colab, but additional testing locally and in Notebook hosting environments is welcome.
