Update version in init.py to 0.7.0 #42

Problem

When 0.7.0 was released the version was not updated in init.py nor in test_basics.py.

Solution

Update the module and tests to version 0.7.0

Type of Change

[x] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Test Plan

test_basics.py which previously failed now passed.
