ERROR: NUMPY RELATED #437

ValueError: numpy.ufunc size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. Expected 216 from C header, got 192 from PyObject Host key verification failed.

Could you help me to solve this issue?

Hi @ZhongxuanZhang What version of CRISPResso are you using, and do you mind running with the --debug flag and pasting the output here?
