tmp_dynamic required for analysis ? #14

Hello,

I ran the dynamic inference on my samples, do I need to keep the tmp_dynamic folder or do I only need the output folder for the analysis part ?

Hi JasonOSS. No, you only need the h5 file for analysis. This is also shown in the analysis tutorials that only need h5 files.
