Rename from php-ref-lib #4

This repository is in the process of renaming and refactoring.

As it has not so many users, I'd prefer not to create a new repo but reshape this one.

The name php-maps is not final and could be changed to reflect what this repo is about: Map, BiMap and their "weak" variation data structures that focuses on object maps.
