MailJet has proven unreliable at actually delivering emails, and refuses to work with me back their 30-day window unless I upgrade an account size I don't actually need. This is also hardly the first time I've gotten crappy support from them. On top of that, I really don't need campaign-based email right now (having shifted to substack for that kind of thing). So, time to sign up with a new provider.
SOLUTION
The new provider should primarily offer a "tranasctional" or "API" email service: not one for sending marketing campaigns. It would be a nice bonus if they handled integrations with other platforms (e.g., SMS, Slack, FB Messenger, etc.).
