you cannot assume everyone's default language of laptop is english

Reason for disagreement: i agreed that it does not affect the functionality of the program, but it causes inconvenience for the user, e.g. no one reads a chinese date in that format (does not make sense) while it looks fine to be in english

this problem can be solved easily just by adding local.english at the part where you convert the date to the string

moreover, your target audience for this app is students, there may be international students whose laptops are in other languages which may cause the output messages to be difficult to understand
