Data Recovery Documentation #1190

Feature Request

We met a case that the user operates the data recovery operation by himself according to his understanding to our documentation, and then the operation failed because of many mistakes and the user doesn't know that there are failures.

To improve it, we need to provide more specific details and organized contents about how to do data recovery. For example, step by step is more preferred. Because normally there are many different scenarios and we should do different operations in these scenarios, we should provide steps for each scenario.

Update: Some of the content is available in TiDB In Action. However the book does not pin to a specific version and the rest of the book may be outdated. Data recovery guides documentation can be migrated from the book.
