    将“将最新数据存入 NVMe，历史数据存入 SSD，降低归档数据存储成本” 修改为 “将最新数据存入 NVMe，历史数据存入 HDD，降低归档数据存储成本”

In this PR https://github.com/pingcap/docs/pull/9481, HDD was changed to SSD. @lcwangchao could you please help confirm whether TiKV now supports HDD? If there is a need to modify the description, please create a PR. Thanks.
