Add Beekeeper Studio Community Edition Walkthrough #18009

Hi folks,

Beekeeper Studio Community Edition (github.com/beekeeper-studio/beekeeper-studio) supports TiDB as of version 4.3 (now 4.6) thanks to a community contribution.

Would love to get a walkthrough on the docs.

Is that something you'd accept a pull request for, or do you like to do this part of the docs internally?

Note that Beekeeper is already listed on https://github.com/pingcap/docs/blob/7a9481f4f071400c1053866d37c40cb8ad4a1b81/develop/dev-guide-third-party-support.md?plain=1#L189

I think a walkthrough would be useful. I think a pull request should be ok for this, but I'm not the final authority for that. If you create a PR, please add me as reviewer.
