If store number is 0, it is expected to set the volume backup to failed which will not blocked the whole clean schedule [restore for 5658] #5821

What storage classes exist in the Kubernetes cluster and what are used for PD/TiKV pods?

What's the status of the TiDB cluster pods?

What did you do?

  1. do volumebackup, but store number is 0

What did you expect to see?

  1. volumebackup failed

What did you see instead?

  1. volumebackup success
