Participation in h2oai benchmark #22761

I saw a cool project from h2oai: https://h2oai.github.io/db-benchmark/ They are tracking the major OLAP / tabular data tools' performance and I think adding TiDB would make sense (it's open source). I know TiDB's profile is slightly different, but it'd be nice to see what a hybrid approach can achieve in this field.

Good idea, We can also add these test to TiDB's benchmark pool.
