Feature Request

now Placement Rules is setted with tartkey and end key, it is not convenient; i want to set with databasename or tablename

Does this RFC: placement rules in SQL suit your needs, @lookhua?

The master branch has supported adding rules by partition names. It is on a very early stage of dev, however.
