Cdc to gcs, exceeding gcs rate limit [restore for 9606] #11691

What did you do?

  1. create dbaas cluster
  2. create cdc to gcs job

What did you expect to see?

  1. no warning when cdc is running

What did you see instead?

  1. there is a warning about exceeding gcs rate limit img_v2_87d387c9-ab04-4a73-b2d4-de249998d8fg

Versions of the cluster

Upstream TiDB cluster version (execute SELECT tidb_version(); in a MySQL client):
