may we know when tiup release next version, current version (1.14) still not support rocky linux

1. What did you do?

   tiup cluster check

output: os-version Fail os vendor rocky not supported

but, in document, it shown, tidb support rocky linux 9.1, and tiup master code already support.

2. What did you expect to see?

please release new tiup version, so that user can deploy tidb cluster in rocky normally.

3. What did you see instead?

4. What version of TiUP are you using (tiup --version)?

   1.14.0 tiup
   Go Version: go1.21.4
