It is a feature request: In early November, the Documentation team plan to publish the “TiDB Documentation Satisfaction Survey" and invite users to fill out the form. To catch users' eyes, we would like to have a mark on the right side of the documentation pages.

Position
1-1 Site: a mark (picture + words in one line, please refer to the attached photo) on the right side of
all documents in following sites:
① PingCAP documentation page in Chinese
② PingCAP documentation page in English
1- 2 detailed positions of the mark on the sites are:
In all Chinese docs, it is in the middle of "反馈文档问题” and "本页导航“;
In all English docs, it is in the middle of "Request docs changes" and "What’s on this page".
Request
When users click the mark, they can see the survey on a new page. We will update the link later.
