support railroad diagram #334

Now we transfer enbf into railroad in our doc, this PR support railroad diagram directly. Doc writes can choose either enbf or railroad now.

@shczhen this railroad parser is only used in a newly added doc page now. And there are still some defects, I'll add the tests and fix the defects in a later PR.

@you06 OK. Are there any other commits to be merged into this PR? I will squash and merge it after all checks complete.

@shczhen no more commits by now, this PR is tested manually with the new doc page.
