Fix sidebar position to sitcky #205

When the information on the right-side bar is long, for example, in this page, visitors can't see Welcome to share this post! with social network icons.

Therefore, please also add a feature that visitors can scroll down on the right-side bar. Thanks.

I added a scrollbar to the right-sidebar, you can take a look at the newest preview.
