Replace new icons & images on TiDB Cloud landing page #239

  1. Please replace those 6 icons in "Why TiDB Cloud" part: https://en.pingcap.com/products/tidbcloud/
  2. Please replace the 4 illustrations in "Key Features" part since now they are different sizes.
  3. Mobile UI needs to be updated accordingly.
