MX GW configuration is missing #35

Please add MX GW configuration used in this document for user reference, as it looks it is missing.

definitely. thanks for pointing this out. you will find a lot more stuff not included in the book. it will be more than 300 pages otherwise , which is fine, but if no one read it I don't want to waste my time sharing it :) now you raised this, I'll add it next week in appendix.

I requested it as we have a few examples where MX side is missing, e.g. IP Floating, so I think it will benefit user to know how other ends should be configured.
