Dygraph with empty data #493

one of our case involves loading dygraph initially with no data. And upon a 
user action the data is dynamically updated.

However when we specify empty data, every time the mouse goes out of dygraph it 
complains about the legend object being null.

please, remove this defect, 
this was my bad, should have provided the legends in the graph options
