make column-families use describeKeyspace #55

Cluster/describeKeyspaces gets slow when your cluster has too many keyspaces and column families in it.

My Pull Requests to this project come in twos for some reason.

Hi,

I've merged both changes and released 0.3.2 to Clojars. Looks like the clj-hector group has gone already, I'll contact the owner and see if they'll transfer. Otherwise we can just pick a new group id and push fresh to Clojars and update the README. What do you think?
