Vue is trying to parse event Start and End times from strings that already contain the formatted time. "12:30 PM" becomes "12:30pm", but "2:00 PM" becomes "2:00am".
Some events have only a Start time.
Some events have a CustomTime that is relative to some other event ('upon adjournment of session').
