指示器距离底部的的距离，最小都有20dp ，对于图片高度较小时效果看起来不是 #82

我临时处理了，能实现，但代码确实很丑，还是@pinguo-zhouwei，改一下吧，不然indicatorPaddingBottom属性不好使

RelativeLayout.LayoutParams params = (RelativeLayout.LayoutParams) ((RelativeLayout) bannerView.getIndicatorContainer().getParent()).getLayoutParams();
        params.setMargins(0, 0, 0, 0);
