This is now possible by running bin/palmreader
* The wallet should runs in the default mode of SPV because currently the wallet must download the full blockchain if there is no input `spv` parameter. It doesn't make sense for first time users as it took me several days to download the full blockchain.
SPV isn't default but can now be selected when you run bin/palmreader using the wizard or by starting with -s
* Add feature to export hex blob again in case not fully signed.
I'm not sure what you mean by this here, is this not working? If you have a 3-of-3 multisig lets say, the first two singers will get hex to export and the third and final signer will broadcast the transaction
* Add the feature to backup and restore wallets.
This is possible by seed phrase.
