auto_index fix #2

t/auto_index.t was testing parent module and worked/failed based on presence of Mojolicious::Plugin::Directory. Also auto_index setting wasn't honored.

I apologise, I had completely missed this pull request, and the things it's supposed to fix have already been fixed a long time ago =)

Ha! I was wondering if you ever notice this :) I used this as test how pull requests work here so from that view is little shame that I haven't got nice feedback back then. But as I saw that we worked on issue more or less at same time there are really no hard feelings. Especially as I intentionally left issue untouched while I could for example poke you on IRC or something... Just from stupid curiosity if/when you see this :>
