Move move events are delivered to obscured plugins in Firefox on Mac OS X #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Firefox to a page with a plugin embedded
2. Open another window (Finder, perhaps)
3. Move the other window over the plugin
4. Observe mouse move events being delivered, despite plugin being underneath 
the other window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect mouse move events to not be delivered

This is because of my Carbon hackery to get mouse move events working.
