Allow monthly/weekly recurrence #58

More of a feature request. Would be useful to be able to select whether an "anniversary" should reoccur on a weekly / monthly / yearly basis. This would allow one to use the add-on for weekly events such as garbage collection, monthly such as payday or yearly such as anniversaries.

Plus one!

I had previously used scripts to achieve monthly reminders/anniversaries but this requires automations to refresh the sensors etc. etc. A monthly or weekly anniversary could exclude years at... and current years attributes and a standard attribute of frequency added to the sensor.

I'd love to do this but don't have great skills writing code, but will have a go and see what happens - but would welcome an expert doing it!

An option recurrence config item with default of Yearly but an option of Monthly and Weekly would be awesome.
