org-vcard not working due to 'mappings' directory not being included in MELPA package #1

The current MELPA recipe for org-vcard doesn't create a 'mappings' directory containing the required mapping files, resulting in the entire org-vcard system not working.

i've opened a MELPA issue about this.

i've made a pull request to MELPA which should resolve this issue.
