0CC-FamiTracker's instrument editor adds a run-length notation in envelope strings. For example, 4 7 8:3 7:3 6 expands 4 7 8 8 8 7 7 7 6 when the user presses Enter. Add this to Pently volume, pitch, and timbre envelopes.
