Specify beat length in tempo command #34

The tempo command in LilyPond specifies the beat length for purpose of the tempo command, as opposed to inferring it from the time signature:

\tempo 4. = 96

Please add an analogous beat length override to the tempo command in pentlyas, making these forms valid:

tempo 4. = 96
tempo 4.=96
