Don't require editing nsfshell.s to change the credit data.

[ ] Move NSF title, author, and publisher strings to the score
[ ] Move song titles to the score
[ ] Add song authors (e.g. "Beethoven, arr. Yerrick"), initially written only as comments. (This will figure into a future issue.)
