Can't Install Stable Cascade #125

When I install Stable Cascade, everything works except for when it reaches (3/4) fs.share {"venv": "app/env"}, it says: 'uvicorn' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. The installation is located in D:.

try factory resetting and try it again, happened to me a few times with can't finding certain items, once factory resetted it started to work and downloaded the required files.
